These heat transfer glitter vinyl sheets can be applied to cotton or polyester fabrics, t-shirts or any other cotton/poly blended fabric with any household iron (vinyl is not recommended for nylon). Just cut your vinyl image in reverse/mirror and place your vinyl on the fabric. Then place cover sheet over the vinyl itself and press any household iron on the cover sheet for 10-15 seconds, very simple!
