CraftVinylVoicemails.com

Craftvinyl.com has been in business for over 12 years. We ship out over 2,500 packages per week, every week, which means that we deal with a lot of crazy customers. Craftvinyl.com is very unconventional, we say what everybody else that works in retail wants to say but won’t. We are not politically correct, we have an “F” rating with the BBB, we will “fire” a problematic customer that tries to start nonsense. Once we “fire” a problematic customer they will run straight to social media and “warn” everybody not to order from Craftvinyl.com. When this happens it generates curiosity, then that curiosity turns into website clicks, and with our low prices those website clicks always turn into website orders. Craftvinyl.com brings in roughly 3 million dollars per year in sales, but, we spend ZERO dollars on advertising. Our “fired” customers do all the advertising for us by driving new customers to our website. It sounds very backwards, so we call it “reverse marketing”, and it works.

Our facebook page is usually shut down at least once every year because of the “unprofessional” things that we say online. We have no problem calling out a bad customer on social media. There are several “anti / boycott craftvinyl.com” facebook pages that have been set up by some of our “fired” customers. Currently we have close to 200,000 followers on our own facebook page www.Facebook.com/Craftvinyl.

Our business model is very simple, we give the customer two options.  Option #1: the customer can pay full price and have their order shipped out very fast. Or, option #2 (our most popular): the customer can save a ton of money with one of our low priced promotions, but the customer must agree to a few "rules" AND a shipping delay. Nobody ever complains about option #1 (our full priced orders) because those orders have no "rules" and those orders ship out within 1-4 business days.  All of our complaints come from option #2, when the customer wanted to save a ton of money but didn’t take the time to read our “rules” or our shipping delays. Our "rules" and shipping delays are impossible to overlook, we list them over and over using big bold letters on our website.

We get hundreds of emails per day. If a problematic customer sends us an email and they start complaining about slow shipping (even though they agreed to the delay) we usually make a YouTube video of us reading the email here: www.CraftVinylVideos.com.

We get hundreds of voicemails/phone calls every week, but we didn’t start recording these calls/voicemails until 2018. Most of these calls have never been heard, up until now!

Before the "wanna be internet lawyers" jump in, on the advice of our own legal counsel we are well within our legal right to record these phone calls, so please save yourself the time in trying to tell us differently. There are 38 states that only require "one party" (which would be us) to know that the call is being recorded. There are 12 states that require "all parties in the conversation" must know that the call is being recorded. These 12 states are California, Connecticut, Florida, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Montana, Nevada, New Hampshire, Washington, and Pennsylvania. For these 12 states we do not need "permission" to record the call, but, we must announce that the call is being recorded. We will never publicly post a recorded telephone call to/from these 12 states without announcing that the call is being recorded. Please ask any attorney or any law enforcement agency to confirm.

This page may be updated every week, or it may be updated once every few months, no clue.

Some people may love the recorded phone calls on this page, some may think that these calls are "unprofessional", but either way, everybody on social media will be talking about this page, guaranteed!

We are very passionate about what we do and we will defend our business by ALL MEANS necessary. For these reasons, we are the most talked about vinyl supplier on the internet.

We have 3 priorities here at Craftvinyl.com, #1: family, #2: employees, and #3: customers (in that order).

MAY 17th  2019:

Kristin gets offended

OFFENSIVE LANGUAGE WARNING, NOT SAFE FOR WORK, NOT SAFE FOR LITTLE EARS.

Kristin ordered on Sunday May 12th. She ordered 8 items total, one of those items was Siser Raspberry HTV. Our last batch of Siser Raspberry must have been cut from a bad batch, so this week we have had to refund all Siser raspberry. I sent Kristin an email Thursday night and asked her if she wanted us to refund the raspberry and we would ship her other 7 items ASAP, or, if Kristin wanted to wait until we got a new batch of raspberry we could ship everything together. Kristen replied back within a few hours asking (quote) “has my order shipped or not????” (and of course Kristin used several question marks).  This was confusing to me because I had literally just explained the situation to Kristin. I went ahead and gave Kristin a 100% refund but my reply to Kristin must have offended her because she went straight to social media and started posting half-truths (see screen shot below) . In all of Kristin’s facebook tantrums she didn’t tell the entire story.  I started to get screen shots of Kristin stomping her feet on social media so I decided to call Kristin. In the phone call I gave Kristin a special message.

Kristin is the exact reason why small businesses close shop every day. Kristin thought that she could talk to us anyway that she wanted, but Kristin learned really quick that here at Craftvinyl.com we don’t put up with that nonsense.

APRIL 10th 2019:

Mom of the year....

OFFENSIVE LANGUAGE WARNING, NOT SAFE FOR WORK, NOT SAFE FOR LITTLE EARS.

This is a voicemail we received this week. Not sure what this is about, but she is pissed about something, and so is her youngin' in the background. Stay classy whoever you are!

JANUARY 26th 2019:

Felicia reports us to the BBB

OFFENSIVE LANGUAGE WARNING, NOT SAFE FOR WORK, NOT SAFE FOR LITTLE EARS.

Felicia ordered from our “Black & White Wednesday” page. The page Felicia ordered from clearly said that we have no clue how long shipping will take so do not ask. Felicia sent us an email SIX business days after payment asking when her order would ship. We replied back to Felicia with (quote): “on the page you ordered from what does it say, word for word?”. Felicia then replied back to us with some nonsense about how our website “was confusing and had too much text". Felicia also went on to say “I have reported you to the BBB and I will be sure to tell everyone in all the facebook groups about your customer service and warn them not to order from Craftvinyl.com”.  As soon as Felicia mentioned the BBB Nick decided to give Felicia a call. Later that night Felicia's husband called Nick to set him straight. You will need to click the video below this to listen ....

#ByeFelicia

After Nick's phone call with Felicia above (when she told him that she had already "reported" him to the BBB) Nick looked her up on social media. Felicia and her husband own an "Equestrian Horse Farm" in Georgia. Their business has a facebook page with reviews. So Nick sent their business a facebook message, Nick told them that he was interested in purchasing a horse BUT he needed the horse delivered via U.S. mail but he needed it by the weekend. They replied back and said "unfortunately we do not ship horses". Felicia left us a negative review because she didn't agree with our website policies, so Nick turned around and left Felicia and her husband's horse farm a negative facebook review because he didn't agree with their website policies, fair game, right? Felicia's husband called Nick at 1130 p.m.  At first, Felicia's husband was threatening a lawsuit and all that nonsense, but he quickly changed his tune halfway through the call. Nick told Felicia’s husband the entire story about Felicia's order then Nick asked her husband if he remembered the asshole that paid the DMV with 300,000 pennies.  As soon as Felicia's husband realized that it was Nick who paid the DMV with pennies he said that "he was kind of a fan but he wont tell her that"

JANUARY 23rd 2019:

Samantha threatens to report us to the BBB

OFFENSIVE LANGUAGE WARNING, NOT SAFE FOR WORK, NOT SAFE FOR LITTLE EARS.

This phone call does have offensive language, normally we try to go easy on foul language but for Samantha we made an exception. Samantha is a repeat customer, she ordered for the last time on Wednesday January 16th. Samantha started emailing us immediately asking about our shipping policies. Samantha received our generic automated email reply telling her that her package would ship out on or before the 4th business day which was January 23rd because Monday January 21st was actually “Martin Luther King Day” (so it did not count as a business day). Samantha emailed us again on the 3rd business day asking for a shipping status, we told Samantha the same exact info we already told her.  Samantha sent us a final email on the 4th business day,  in her final email Samantha said (quote) “I have all day to write negative reviews about your company because you have missed your deadline, and I will be reporting you to the BBB”.  Nick called Samantha to let her know that he was refunding her order and he was going to have a sale in her honor. Nick also told Samantha to give the BBB a “special message”. Samantha’s order was boxed up and ready to ship before this phone call but luckily we caught it before it shipped out. The sale we did in Samantha’s honor brought in over $2,000 in less than 90 seconds.

There is “technically” a part 2 of this phone call. Nick called the BBB to ask if Samantha gave them his “special message” but the BBB hung up on him, for "part 2" listen to the phone call below titled “Nick calls the BBB to make a complaint, against the BBB”

JANUARY 23rd 2019:

Nick calls the BBB to make a complaint, against the BBB

After dealing with Samantha (the phone call above this) Nick decided to call our local BBB to give them the heads up about Samantha and also to ask the BBB if Samantha delivered his “special message”.  Our “local” BBB is in Roanoke Virginia (2 hours away) but they all know Nick by name and they know his voice (because of this page) . We randomly email the BBB from time to time and let them know about a new recorded call on this page or to let them know about an upcoming sale we are having in honor of a snowflake stomping their feet. When Nick called our local BBB a lady named “Melissa” answered. Melissa despises Craftvinyl.com and she is actually a member of the “Boycott Craftvinyl.com” facebook group. As soon as Melissa knew it was Nick she hung up. So, of course he called right back, but this time he had the BBB corporate office number on standby because he knew that our local BBB would hang up again. When Nick called our local BBB for the 2nd time a lady named Lisa answered, and Lisa also hung up. So Nick “called corporate” and asked to make a complaint to the BBB, against the BBB, because after all “the customer is ALWAYS right”, right? Nobody at corporate seemed to know the answer because I guess no other business has ever stood up to the big bad BBB.

DECEMBER 19th 2018:

Kimberly stomps her feet and gets fired.

Kimberly ordered (2) sheets of vinyl on Tuesday Dec.11th.  During this time the entire east coast was covered in snow. Our employees couldn’t even make it to work until Thursday Dec 13th. We still managed to get Kimberly’s order filled and a shipping label created on Saturday Dec. 15th. The post office picked up Kimberly’s package on Monday Dec. 17th. Kimberly came to our Facebook page only FIVE business days after payment demanding a tracking number and Kimberly said quote “if I didn’t hear anything I will be filing a paypal claim (credit card dispute). Kimberly is actually a retail store owner so Nick called Kimberly to speak to her “business owner-to-business owner” and to fire her customer.

DECEMBER 18th 2018:

JaNae puts her husband on the phone

OFFENSIVE LANGUAGE WARNING, NOT SAFE FOR WORK, NOT SAFE FOR LITTLE EARS.

YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED

How many people that work in customer service get verbally abused and cussed daily but have to sit there and bite their tongue? Here at Craftvinyl.com we treat you the exact same way you treat us. A lady JaNae ordered on black Friday, her order total was $11.90. JaNae forgot to add the "I AGREE TO BLACK FRIDAY" option to her cart as instructed on the Black Friday page. JaNae disputed her credit card this morning. After we received notification of JaNae's credit card dispute Nick called and left her a voicemail. JaNae called back and of course JaNae put her husband on the phone

DECEMBER 9th 2018:

Jeni ordered on BLACK FRIDAY, gets impatient, then claims "harassment"

Jeni ordered from our Black Friday page. On our black Friday page we went overboard with the wording to weed out any problematic customers. On the Black Friday page we specifically put “ZERO TIME FRAME FOR SHIPPING”, we even listed a direct link to our “F” rating with the BBB to keep down on the nonsense. We received over 2,000 orders on Black Friday, over $162,000 worth. Jeni emailed us 10 business days after Black Friday asking for a shipping status. Here is the page that Jeni agreed to www.Craftvinyl.com/page150 as you can see on that page there should be ZERO confusion as to shipping time frames. Nick decided to call Jeni to find out what the confusion was.

NOVEMBER 7th 2018:

Nick calls Bridget, she apologizes but still gets fired anyway.

A lady named Bridget placed a regular priced order yesterday AFTERNOON at 2:00 p.m. Bridget emailed us at 8:00 a.m. this morning asking for a tracking number. Bridget said that she was “in a tizzy because she needed the order for a last minute project”. We told Bridget that orders from yesterday hadn't even been printed from our software yet much less filled or shipped out.

Bridget replied back to us and said she wasn’t happy. Bridget said that she expected us to ship her order faster because she was a repeat customer. We told Bridget that we could try to get her order out faster but it may be up to 4 business days before her order ships to her. Bridget then said (quote): "Whatever, you suck, just send it but your business stinks.”

So Nick called Bridget to fire her as a customer. In the call Bridget says that she already ordered from another company but we could still ship her order anyway. Once Bridget realized that she was being fired she started backtracking with inaudible rambling nonsense trying to apologize. Nick accepted her apology, but it was too late.

We refunded Bridget’s order as promised. Bridget then sent us another email and she said (quote): ”I will tell everybody on social media about this and I will do as much as I can to stop as many people from ordering from you as I can”. So we emailed Bridget the direct link to this voicemail page and we asked Bridget to spell our website correctly when she “tells everybody” …..

SEPTEMBER 17th 2018:

Nick calls up "LAURIE THE LIAR" to fire her as a customer.

Laurie from Missouri ordered some of our polk-a-dot vinyl on a Monday and she received her order within 5 business days after payment.  Laurie sent us an email on the day she received her package and she had a nasty attitude from the beginning.  Laurie claims that we sent her the wrong size polk-a-dot vinyl, but we have only one size of polk-a-dot vinyl and that is in a "small pattern".  We even have a picture on our website showing a penny laying on top of the polk-a-dot vinyl so the customer can see the actual size of the dots in relation to the size of the penny.  In Laurie’s email she says that she is "extremely upset" because her upcoming Disney trip is now ruined. Laurie says that the polk-a-dot vinyl was to be used for Disney t-shirts, BUT our polk-a-dot vinyl isn't even made for t-shirts, we have never had polk-a-dot vinyl for t-shirts, ever.  In Laurie’s email she criticized our website and our shipping prices, THEN she lets us know that she may be doing a payment dispute.  So Nick called Laurie to fire her as a customer. Laurie says that she is "going to leave us a bad YELP review" and she is going to "tell everybody on facebook about us".  After the phone call, as promised, Laurie then went out on facebook and she had a temper tantrum.  In Laurie’s social media rants she warned people not to order from Craftvinyl.com because “we sent her the wrong items” (even though she made the mistake, not us). After we posted this recorded call Laurie deleted all of her facebook posts because people started calling her out on her lies. Laurie's intentions were to harm our business with negative reviews and lies, but, it didn't turn out the way Laurie had hoped. Here is the page that Laurie ordered from, you can see the "penny picture", and nowhere on the page does it say anything about "t-shirt vinyl": www.craftvinyl.com/page64. We warned Laurie from the beginning that this was not going to turn out the way she had hoped, but Laurie didn't listen. We warned Laurie from the beginning that this was not going to turn out the way she had hoped, but Laurie didn't listen. Laurie is one of those customers that is always demanding to speak to the manager when things don't go her way, then once speaking to the manager Laurie probably stomps her feet by threatening bad reviews to get her way, but, we don't do belly rubs here at Craftvinyl.com.

After we posted the recorded the phone call above LAURIE THE LIAR contacted her local police department and claimed that she was being "harassed" (which is what they always do when the tables have been turned on them). An officer from her local police department sent us an email, so Nick called the officer and recorded the conversation...

AUGUST 17th 2018:

Nick calls Katrina but she hangs up before he can fire her.

Katrina ordered from our "BLACK & WHITE WEDNESDAY" sale page. Rule #2 on the page that Katina agreed to clearly says:  "NO GRAB BAGS", but, Katrina ordered grabs bags anyway. We canceled and refunded Katrina’s order and she wasn’t happy about it. Katrina sent us a long rambling email telling us how “upset she was". Karina then closed her email with "I am a very dissatisfied customer". Nick called Katrina to explain why her order was refunded but Katrina hung up on Nick before he was able to fire her as a customer, so, Nick called Katrina back and he left her a voicemail. The page that Katrina bought from is here: www.craftvinyl.com/page152

JULY 8th 2018:

Nick calls Katie and he fires her as a customer.

Katie ordered from our weekend Siser promotion on Sunday June 24th. On that day Katie agreed to a 10 business day shipping delay. Katie emailed us a long rambling email on Sunday July 8th, in her email she said that she "didn't get a confirmation email and she was beginning to question her decision about ordering with our company". If you do the math, June 24th - July 8th is not even 10 business days if you count the 4th of July. Nick called Katie and he fired her as a customer. It turns out that Kaite's order had already shipped on July 6th which was 2 days faster than it was supposed to, USPS.com tracking #: (you may need to right click to open tracking)  https://tools.usps.com/go/TrackConfirmAction?qtc_tLabels1=9400111899223343160462

MAY 23rd 2018:

Nick calls Darmeissha and he fires her as a customer.

Darmeissha ordered from our “2 for 1 TUESDAY” page on May 15th 2018. On that day Darmeissha agreed to a 14 business day shipping delay. Darmeissha sent us an email on May 23rd asking to track her order (only SIX business days after payment). We simply replied back to Darmeissha’s email with (quote): “what does the page that you ordered from say?” Darmeissha then sent us back a long email reply about how rude we were and how she was never going to order from us again and how the delay was not listed anywhere on the page that she bought from. Nick called Darmeissha the same day and he fired her as a customer.

"Crazy Cara" is our all time favorite angry voicemail!
“NOT WORK SAFE” - STRONG LANGUAGE WARNING!

If you have little ones, cover their ears, you have been forewarned. "Crazy Cara" is our all-time favorite voice mail . Cara had ordered vinyl from a different supplier a few weeks before she ordered from us. When Cara received the other vinyl supplier’s package she was unhappy with the quality. Cara then disputed the credit card payment that she made to us instead of the other vinyl supplier who had sent her the lower quality vinyl. Once Nick received notification of the credit card dispute he emailed Cara and said quote “Are you f*cking serious with me right now???”. We hadn’t even shipped Cara’s order so we knew that Cara had lost her mind. Cara then went to social media and started posting in all of her crafting groups about CraftVinyl.com This tuned out to be a huge drama fest for a few days in the vinyl world. Cara and her husband spent several days posting over and over on our facebook page. Cara’s facebook rants generated so much curiosity about CraftVinyl.com that it set a new sales record for us in a single week. Nick refunded Cara and told her that he was going to have a quick sale to commemorate her being crazy. Cara started threatening lawsuits and saying that she was going to have Nick put in jail. Cara actually contacted our states attorney general and also the FBI (no joke). Cara’s husband (Chris Barbour) called Nick and left a “strongly worded message”. Cara’s husband was obviously intoxicated when he left this voice mail. You can hear him telling Cara to “shut the f*ck up” in the first part of the message. Nick then went to his private movie theater and made a video announcing the “Crazy Cara Sale”. Nick purchased the domain www.CrazyCara.com to host the sale (we owned that domain for a year until a large hosting company made us an offer to purchase it and they now have the domain for sale).

MARCH 10th 2018:

Nick calls Janet and he fires her as a customer.
“NOT WORK SAFE” - STRONG LANGUAGE WARNING!

If you have little ones, cover their ears, you have been forewarned. Janet ordered an “EASTER PACK” of vinyl from a promotion that we have every spring. Janet ordered on March 3rd. On the page that Janet ordered from it said in BIG BOLD LETTERS that her order may delayed buy an extra day or so. We shipped Janet’s order on the 5th business day after payment, and then later that evening we received confirmation that Janet had disputed her credit card payment.  Nick called Janet to fire her as a customer and what Janet said next is CraftVinyl voicemail gold! Right click the link to open Janet’s USPS.com tracking #: (you may need to right click to open tracking): https://tools.usps.com/go/TrackConfirmAction?qtc_tLabels1=9405511899223575327223

MARCH 9th 2018:

Nick calls Krista and he fires her as a customer.

Krista ordered our 12x12 $0.25 Oracal 651 vinyl promotion on Saturday Feb 17th. On that day Krista agreed to a 10 business day shipping delay. Krista’s order shipped out to her on the 10th business day as promised which was Monday March 5th.  If you look at a calendar you will see that from Saturday February 17th to Monday March 5th is technically 10 business days because February 19th was the Federal holiday “President Day”. Krista disputed her credit card payment the 11th business day (on Tuesday March 6th).  Krista’s order was already in transit to her when she disputed her credit card payment. Krista’s order was delivered on March 7th which was less than 24 hours after her credit card dispute.  Krista did cancel her credit card dispute once she received her order, but, we don’t give 2nd chances here at CraftVinyl.com, so, Nick called Krista to fire her as a customer. Right click the link to open Krista’s USPS.com tracking #: (you may need to right click to open tracking) https://tools.usps.com/go/TrackConfirmAction?qtc_tLabels1=9400111899223552086027

MARCH 5th 2018:

Nick calls Kaitlyn and he fires her as a customer.

Kaitlyn ordered an “EASTER PACK” of vinyl from a promotion that we have every spring. On the page that Kaitlyn ordered from it said in BIG BOLD LETTERS that the entire order must consist of only vinyl. The page said DO NOT order license plates or any other non-vinyl related item(s) on the same receipt with an Easter pack.  Kaitlyn ordered an Easter pack AND a license plate on the same receipt. When Kaitlyn received her license plate order she obviously didn’t get an Easter pack, so, Kaitlyn was upset. Kaitlyn sent us an email claiming that she followed all the rules and Kaitlyn said that it was “unprofessional” that we didn’t send a note telling her which rule she didn’t follow. Kaitlyn also went on to say in her email that she would “not be using us anymore”. Nick decided to call Kaitlyn to fire her as a customer.  The rules that Kaitlyn claims that she followed are here:  www.CraftVinyl.com/page179

MARCH 3rd 2018:

Nick calls Kelly and he fires her as a customer.

Kelly placed an order from our “order and hush” promotion. This promotion is no nonsense and it has very strict rules. The promotion is located here: www.OrderAndHush.com. The page rules say that we have ZERO CLUE on a shipping time frame so DO NOT ASK. The page rules also say that if you do agree to “hush” we will reward you with 25 FREE sheets of Oracal vinyl for not bothering us with stupid email questions about shipping.  Kelly obviously thought that the rules didn’t apply to her because Kelly emailed us this morning and asked for a shipping status. Nick personally replied back to Kelly with (quote) “What part of order and hush was confusing?” Kelly must have been offended by that reply because Kelly replied back to Nick and told him how rude he was, AND, Kelly then spent the rest of the day stomping her feet on facebook by posting screens shots of Nicks "rude" reply. So, Nick called Kelly to let her know that she was being fired as a customer. Kelly's order actually shipped out on March 2nd, which was less than 24 hours before this phone call, USPS.com tracking #: (you may need to right click to open tracking) https://tools.usps.com/go/TrackConfirmAction?tLabels=+9405511899223556209241

FEB. 27th 2018:

Nick calls Angie and he fires her as a customer.

(this MAY not be "work safe")

Angie first ordered from us on Feb 12th. On that day Angie agreed to a 10 business day shipping delay. Angie disputed her credit card on the 9th business day after payment. After receiving notification of the credit card dispute we checked our payment software and noticed that Angie had placed a 2nd order only 3 business days ago. Angie's first order (that she disputed) had already shipped so Nick called Angie to fire her as a customer and also to tell Angie that when she receives her first order she could keep it and the money IF she will video her self "burning the package". This audio may not be work safe, but there is a sensor bleep. Angie's 2nd order has been refunded and she has been fired as a customer, forever.

FEB. 23rd 2018:

Nick calls Celine and he fires her as a customer.

Celine ordered from our “2 for 1 TUESDAY” page on Feb. 13th 2018. Celine’s order was $8.60 total includng shipping. Celine agreed to a 14 business day shipping delay PLUS “several more” if she ordered SISER HTV, and of course Celine ordered SISER HTV. Celine sent us an email on Feb 22nd asking when her order would ship (only SIX business days after payment if you include the holiday “Presidents Day”.) Nick sent Celine a short reply back that said (quote) What does the page that you ordered from say?? Celine must have been offended by this reply because Celine replied back with a long spill about how she was a “graphic designer” and she said that our website was very confusing, "unprofessional", and she didn't have time to read all of our rules.  Nick decided to call Celine on Feb 23rd to fire her as a customer, forever.

FEB. 20th 2018:

Nick calls Tammy and he fires her as a customer.

(We did announce that the phone call was being recorded before proceeding as per Pennsylvania law)

Tammy ordered from our “2 for 1 TUESDAY” page on February 6th 2018. On that day Tammy agreed to a 14 business day shipping delay PLUS “several more” if she ordered THERMOFLEX  HTV, and of course Tammy ordered THERMOFLEX HTV. Tammy sent us an email on Feb. 19th demanding to know the status on her order (only nine business days after payment if you include the holiday “president’s day” on Feb. 19th). We simply replied back to Tammy’s email with (quote): what does the page that you ordered from say? This must have offended Tammy because a few hours later we started receiving screen shots from customers saying that Tammy was out on facebook “warning” everybody about Craftvinyl.com. Tammy posted on several facebook forums (quote): "lesson learned, NEVER order vinyl from craftvinyl, the guy is a total nut" (see screen shot below).  We thought it was ironic that Tammy posted one of her many tantrums on the facebook forum "Cricut For Dummies". Nick called Tammy the morning of Feb. 20th 2018 to get clarification about "being a nut" and also to fire Tammy as a customer.

FEB. 17th 2018:

Tonya leaves us a voicemail.

This voicemail exemplifies the type of crazy that we deal with every single day. Tonya placed an order "last Saturday". Tonya paid $19.90 for 10 yards of HTV t-shirt vinyl and Tonya is obviously unhappy because she hasn't received her order. Tonya has an adult temper tantrum in her voice mail and threatens to contact the “BBB”.  People like Tonya are the exact reason why we already have an "F" rating with the "BBB".

FEB. 16th 2018:

Laura leaves us a voicemail.

Laura placed an order from our "buy one get one, 2 for 1 Tuesday” page only TWO WEEKS AGO, and on that day Laura agreed to a 14 business day shipping delay.  Laura left a voice mail and threatened to "report us for fraud".  In the voice mail when Laura starts saying her "call back number" we cant help but giggle picturing Laura pounding her fist when she starts to say the number "4". Laura has been fired as a customer.

FEB. 16th 2018:

Harmony leaves us a voicemail.

Harmony placed an order with us "last night" and Harmony sent us an email right after payment asking about her order. Apparently Harmony was offended by the generic automated email reply that she received when she sent us an email. As many of you know, any email that is sent to us will first get a generic automated reply back (go ahead, send us an email to nick@craftvinyl.com and see for yourself). Harmony then went to our facebook page and Harmony was once again offended. It sounds like Harmony was going out of her way to find a reason just to be "offended". Harmony called us to let us know that she was not happy and Harmony threatened to have her attorney "send us a letter within 24 hours", but we aren't really sure what for? We have no orders under the name Harmony. We have no clue who Harmony is, or where she is from. The only thing that we know about Harmony is that she is "offended".  So, I guess we will be waiting for that letter.

FEB. 14th 2018:

Nick calls Angie and he fires her as a customer.

Angie ordered from our “2 for 1 TUESDAY” page on January 30th 2018, Angie agreed to a 14 business day shipping delay PLUS “several more” if she ordered SISER HTV, and of course Angie ordered Siser HTV. Angie disputed her $64.60 credit card payment on Feb 14th 2018 (only 11 business days after payment). We had no contact with Angie up until her dispute, so Nick called Angie to get clarification on the credit card dispute AND to personally fire Angie as a customer.

FEB. 15th 2018:

Tonya leaves us a voicemail, Nick calls her back and he fires her as a customer.

Tonya ordered from our “2 for 1 TUESDAY” page on January 23th 2018, Tonya agreed to a 14 business day shipping delay PLUS “several more” if she ordered SISER HTV, and of course Tonya ordered Siser HTV. Tonya left us a voice mail on Feb 14th 2018 saying that it shouldn’t take 16 business days to ship her order. Tonya was being a total "debbie downer" in her voice mail and then Tonya stomped her feet by demanding a phone call back. So, Tonya got her a personal call back from Nick. When Nick calls Tonya directly Tonya is suddenly all warm and bubbly which Nick shuts down really quick. In the recorded call Tonya starts with even more nonsense so Nick fires her as a customer.  Tonya then says that she is going to tell everybody on social media and warn them not to order from Craftvinyl.com which is always sweet music to Nicks ears.  Tonya’s order actually shipped out 2 business days before Tonya left her voice mail and Tonya's package was delivered on Feb 15th 2018 (right click the link to open Tonya's USPS.com tracking #: (you may need to right click to open tracking) https://tools.usps.com/go/TrackConfirmAction?tLabels=9405511899223505070618
