These heat transfer vinyl sheets can be applied to cotton or polyester fabrics, t-shirts or any other cotton/poly blended fabric with any household iron (vinyl is not recommended for nylon).
Just cut your vinyl image with your Cricut machine in reverse/mirror and place your vinyl on the fabric. Then place cover sheet over the vinyl itself and press any household iron on the cover sheet for 10-15 seconds, very simple!
This vinyl can be layered if you want to use several different colors on top of each other!
A Teflon sheet is not required, but highly recommended. Most people use an empty pillow case. Teflon sheets can withstand high temperatures better than other cover sheets.
